I offer individual therapy to adults and teenagers. My clinical specialization is in trauma work, anxiety, and existential/spiritual issues.
My unique style is a blend of somatic techniques (Neuro Emotional Technique, somatic intuition work, Internal Family Systems, informed by polyvagal theory) and spiritually-inspired practices (meditation, energy work, and Buddhist teachings). I strive to integrate practices & concepts that are indigenous to my Asian culture.

How Therapy Works
Therapy can look different for every client, depending on their needs and responses to the therapeutic technique. Every BODY is unique and has its own speed of working through psychological, emotional and spiritual material.
When starting therapy, I typically recommend that clients commit to weekly sessions for the first 1-2 months. Ongoing clients usually see me on a biweekly or monthly basis.
